I was talking with a crafter on Splitcoast and they were talking about black ice. I thought it sounded interesting so I went to You Tube and watched a tutorial. I made a few mistakes, like adding too much black on the top. Overall, I'm satisfied. The ice effect is very hard to photograph. It doesn't look like it's over the entire surface, but it is. the stamp is from Inkadinkadoo.
