Celebrate!

I have been trying all morning to upload this card.  I had to restart about six times.  Frustrating!  Anyway, this is for Mo's  Challenge #67 to use red orange yellow and a neutral.  I did add some green, though.

    Wonderful card! Love the polka dot DP and sweet flowers. I consider green a neutral....there isn't any color that doesn't go well with it. Glad you joined us in Mo's Challenge.
