I know just forcing myself thru my pain to do the time on my machine helps me feel better, improves my circulation and I really can move better. I only did ONE VSN card. I realized it too difficult for me to meet the time challenges, and was creating stress for me that I don't need right now.
I'm too stressed out as it is. I do card making because it usually relaxes me. That did not.
