These are two of the three glimmer cards I did today.  The other was black and did not photograph well.  I am having such difficult times working with the glimmer dies.  It is so frustrating.  My husband helped with th black card because I was just so frustrated.  He did a pretty good job.  I have so many problems with directional things.  It is getting worse as I age.  Both of these cards were made using Spellbinder's Glimmer System and dies.  Images are colored with pencil.

  1. Beautiful, I just got my glimmer foil system and only had one play with it. I'll have to see how it goes :)

  5. Wow, both cards are stunning! But I hope that Glimmer system is worth all the hassle. Enjoy while you can, I suppose. I researched the reviews on amazon, a LOT of people said theirs just died and also complaints about lining stuff up and leaving marks. So far, I have a few foiling adhesives and a $25 laminator and have yet to focus enough to actually foil more than a card or two. Hoping to avoid the trend altogether, lol. xoxo

Bluebird Birthday

I am finally starting to work on my birthday cards.  I used an image from A Day for Daisies for this one.  I's colored with Copic mark...
