Candy Cane Girl

I chose the theme "Christmas" for this week's challenge at The Outlawz Festive Fridays.
Our sponsor is Paper Nest Dolls.  I colored the image with Copic markers.
The papers and ribbon is from my stash.
The sentiment was done with Spellbinder's Glimmer System.

I am entering this card in the following challenges.

Crimbo Crackers - Anything Goes/Christmas
Cute Card Thursday - Anything Goes
Christmas Craft Creations - Christmas Characters

Dream Valley Challenge - Christmas in July

  2. Diane, this is gorgeous. I love the reds and how you have carried the stripes from her skirt to the background, but then added dots with the ribbon.
Do you like the Glimmer System? I have looked at it a number of times, but I am not sure I would use it enough.

  3. love the candy cane girl and colours, so pretty. I've thought of getting the glimmer system but have held off for now, have my laminater and foiling past for now but love the crisp letters.

  4. Thanks for your info Diane, I hadn't thought of all the plates. perhaps the laminater is more cost effective to start. It will give me time to assess if it's something I will use a lot in the future :)
