Okay, so I cheated a little with this one. I used a freebie image I got from Graphics Fairy. I got a lot of images there yesterday. My brother's birthday is in four days and the card needs to go cross country so I wanted something fast and easy. Basically, the only change I made to the image was to add glitter to the snow. I don't even think it shows up in the picture, but looks good on the card.
One on my New Year's goals is to send birthday cards on time this year, oh heck, just to send them will be a major improvement.
A beautiful snow scene. {Would love you to visit my blog and join my 130,000 Page View Give-Away. Thank you so much, if you have already entered, and good luck.}

Diane, this is a beautiful image. I love outdoors and deer (you wouldn't believe that since I live in the desert of Phoenix, AZ, but I was born and raised in Connecticut). The way you mounted this card on the brown and black is pretty and the glitter does make it shine. Your brother will love it. I'm glad to see you at your table...let me know if you'd like a care package of supplies to help you get back to cardmaking. Hugs, Gail (P.S. My e-mail address is on my blog)
ReplyDeleteIt looks beautiful Diane! I really like it. When I first saw it I went WOW! What a fabulous coloring job! No matter that you didn't do it, it is still great, and your touch of glitter is perfect!. Happy New Year to you! Sorry I haven't been around, I kind of dropped out for a while. I really enjoyed looking over your past creations, so many nice ones! Hope all is well, hugs, Joanne.
