March CCC Front Door Decorated

 

The March Christmas Card challenge is Entry Way or Front Door Decorated.  I already had one March card done.  This is my second out of four.  

The very first design team I was on was Digi Doodle Shop either in 2911 or 2012.  This was one of the images I collected from Design Team work.  It came in rather handy for this challenge.  The image is colored with Copic markers. I used Diamond Glaze for the windows. I did one small change to the design.  There was no porch in the design, just blank space.  I decided it needed a porch so I drew the boards in. The paper is from my stash. I didn't get the sentiment placement right, but once it was stck down there was no moving it.   I tried something new, at least for me.  I put packing tape over my cardstock before I cut out the letters.  They held up much better after cutting.
