Sweet Dreams

 

This image is called "Sweet Dreams."  It is by Mariola Budek.  I love her images and haven't colored one in quite a while.  It is available in her Etsy shop.  I colored the image with Copic markers and Prismacolor pencils.  I decided to make it "Welcome Baby" card, although it would make a great card for a slightly older adopted baby.

This card was made with the new Stampin' Up set "Scenic Coast."  I absolutely love the papers for the collection.  It really saves a lot of cardmaking time.
