I wanted to color something different this month for Morgan's Art World Challenge Blog. It is an Anything Goes Challenge. This image is called Children of Cameroon. It is available in her shop. The link is on the right side of my blog. I did some research to see what the clothing looks like in Cameroon. The traditional garments consist mostly of black and orange with small amounts of other various colors.
I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Paper Funday Challenges - Autumn colors
Digi Choosday - Anything Goes
Passion for Markers - Anything Other that Christmas
Through the Craftroom Door - Anything Goes
A Place to Start - Anything Goes
Beautiful image and fabulous colouring Diane

Wow, that makes my arthritic hand hurt just looking at that. Incredible coloring job! Yes, I'd learned somewhere about Africans loving orange and black clothing colors in everyday wear. Whereas here it's a Halloween combo and orange not a very popular color. Some of the traditional African fashions are stunningly beautiful and the orange hues are almost hypnotic. XOX

I love that you did some research to colour this image as authentically as possible, and what a superb job you've done! I have had the privilege of playing with lion cubs, so they have a special place in my heart. Stunning card! Thanks for sharing this with us at Passion for Markers!
