This is my Guest Designer card for Wags 'n Whiskers Challenge 54: Circles. The image is, of course, from Wags 'n Whiskers. I thought she was really adorable. I used a cutting outside the die technique for the pinwheel. That's becoming much easier with practice. She is colored with Copics. Really cute, Diane. I have these papers, but I am not as talented as you when it comes to mixing and matching. I like cutting outside too. Flowers are gorgeous.
