Just for Fun

I named this "Just for Fun" because I just felt like coloring today.  I have had this image for years and have always felt too intimidated to color it.  I figured, what the heck give it a try.  The image is from Aurora Wings and is called Himalayan Blue Poppy.  I had to look the flower up to see what it was supposed to look like.  The only thing I'm not too fond of is the hair.  I need to practice quite a bit more on hair.  Overall, I am happy with how it turned out.  It certainly was fun.  I colored it with Copic markers.  Small rhinestones were scattered and I added Stickles to the centers of the flowers.  The corner embellishments were cut from a Spellbinder's die.

For the As You Like It Challenge  my favorite coloring medium is Copic markers.  I love how they blend and how many colors are available.

Copics:  B23, 60, 91, 93, 95, 97, BV000, C5, 6, 7,
 E0000, 00, 30, G20, 21, 24, R00, 01, Y32, 38
