This image was created by Morgan Fitzsimons and it's available at Scrapbook Stamp Society. I saw someone do a really lovely job on a mermaid's tail the other day and it made me really want to try the effect she used. Thank you, for the inspiration, Carole.
I colored this with Copic markers. I used Stickles on the flower centers and coated the wings with Glamour Dust and a tiny bit of blue glitter to add a little boost.
The beautiful ribbon is hand dyed pure silk from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I'm very frugal with that. It was a tad pricey. The papers are digi papers from Bearly Mine Designs. They are running a great sale right now.
I don't recall who the die is from. Of course, I've gotten rid of the packaging.

Gorgeous! Love the glitter dust on her wings & especially love the coloring you did on her hair. The DP is really beautiful & just perfect to frame her. And the bow was well worth the price! lol And the inside is as beautiful as the outside. Great job!!
