Future Rocker

I originally planned this card for Splitcoast CAS 104 (Rock and Roll).  Unfortunately, it didn't turn out CAS.  My husband just got another guitar last week.  What a coincidence, it looks just like this one!
The image is from Mo's Digital Pencil and he's colored with Copics.

Celebrate!

I have been trying all morning to upload this card.  I had to restart about six times.  Frustrating!  Anyway, this is for Mo's  Challenge #67 to use red orange yellow and a neutral.  I did add some green, though.

February Card Exchange

These are two cards that I made for the February card exchange.  A group of friends and I are just starting the exchange this February.  The tulips are from Fred She Said and the daffodils were from a free coloring page.  I can't recall which one.  I made the yellow cards first and just really wasn't happy with the color yellow.  I figured I would really love the pink ones when I finished them.  By the time I finished the pink I realized that I really liked the yellow.  I'm kind of getting used to both of them now.  Alot of times I have to look at something for a day or two before I decide if I like it or not.

Sweet Little Fairy

This image from Mo's Digital Pencil.  I colored her a couple of months ago, but couldn't decide what kind of card to make.  I haven't quite designated it's purpose yet, but I think I'll make it for a new baby.  One more picture out of my colored digi folder!  I think I need to visit Michael's this weekend to buy more flowers.  She is colored with Copics and the border is done with Martha Stewart punch around the page.  I followed their directions and it turned out perfectly.

Tom's Birthday Card 2011

I made this birthday card for my wonderful husband this weekend.  This is the first time that I've made a card for him.  I don't think I started making cards until after his birthday last year.  This is the first time I've printed off digital papers to use.  I think I'll be doing that often.  I used copics to color the picture and Nestabilities to cut the shapes.

January Christmas Card Challenge 2011

These are my cards for the Christmas Card Challenge at Splitcoast Stampers.  I'm "going to"  make six Christmas cards a month.  Well, at least I did it this month.  We'll see about the others!

Flower Child

This is one of my favorite cards that I've done so far.  I've been in the mood to make a retro looking card.  The digi is from Elizabeth Bell.  I absolutely love her artwork. The papers are Cosmo Cricket's Material Girl and the ribbons are from various kits I got from Taylored Expressions.  I haven't quite decided what to put on the inside yet.  I'm sure it will come to me sooner or later.

Touched by Love

This is my first card for Splitcoast's Christmas Card Challenge 2011.  I'm planning on making six cards per month.  This image is from Whimsy Stamps (Crissy's Digi).  I thought this was so sweet;  I just had to color it!  I'm also entering it in the Craftyhazelnut's Christmas Challenge #1 and Sunday's with Crissy.

Happy New Year 2011

I finally got some time to make a card.  I made this for ChemoAngels.  I'm really looking forward to things slowing down now that the holidays are over so I can start having some fun.  I've really missed having the time to create.  I got so many new crafting "toys" for Christmas.  I can't wait to try them all out.  New Year's Eve was alot of fun.  Most of my kids were here and I did alot of cooking.  I decided to make pierogies which I hadn't made in years.  They came out delicious.  Makes me wonder why I don't make them more often.  I hope everyone has a very Happy New Year!
